Evolution of the ELF logo :
1967: Born alongside the brand, "the trepan" was inspired by the history of the ELF Aquitaine group.
1985: After nearly 20 years of use, the colors of the trepan evolved, with the blue becoming darker.
1991: The brand changed its logo by removing the trepan, retaining only the lettering underlined with a thick red bar.
1999: Less than 10 years after the trepan's disappearance, the logo brought it back, preceding lowercase "elf" letters.
2005: The end of ELF Aquitaine followed its acquisition by the Total group. A desire for modernization emerged, and gradients were introduced into the colors.
2013: The logo evolved slightly with the addition of the tagline "Une marque de Total"
Today: The slogan has been updated to "A brand of passion."
